4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in information, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every information-sharing category described in this policy and are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you have requested.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us by initiating a text message to one of our published numbers, by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages on a form or in an agreement with us, or by texting a designated keyword to one of our numbers. Where multiple methods apply, each is a separate and independent opt-in.
What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry, quote, account, project status, scheduling, installation, service requests, and customer support. We do not send unsolicited outbound marketing text messages on our conversational support numbers.

Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

We share personal information only as described below, and only to the extent needed for the purpose stated:

- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the continued protection of your information under this policy.
Except as stated above, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. Some cookies are set by third-party analytics or advertising providers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our website function. We do not use cookies to collect text messaging opt-in data.
7. Call Recording and Monitoring
We may record or monitor telephone calls for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Where recording is used, we will notify you at the beginning of the call and obtain the consent required by applicable law. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may ask us to stop the recording or continue the conversation by email or text instead.
8. Referrals
If you submit another person’s contact information through our referral program, you confirm that you have that person’s permission to do so. We use referred contact information only to reach out about our services and to administer any referral reward. Referred individuals may opt out at any time by contacting us.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including the life of your system warranty, the term of your financing or service agreement, and any period required by law, regulation, incentive program rules, licensing requirements, or tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor security review, and employee training.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers to us by unencrypted email or text message.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 or market to them. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, obtain a copy of your information in a portable format, and object to or restrict certain processing. Utility data authorizations. If you authorized us to access your utility usage data, you may revoke that authorization at any time by contacting us, though doing so may prevent us from completing an in-progress design or application.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers and mobile operating systems offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. No common industry standard for responding to DNT signals has been finalized, and our website does not currently respond to them. We will update this section if that changes.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to third-party websites, including those of financing providers, utilities, and program administrators. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Revised” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by direct notice where required by law. Your continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
