Job Description:

As a Solar Panel Installer, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation: Execute the installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment following industry best practices and safety guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion.
• Inspections: Conduct system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning, site assessments, and organizing materials for installation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction, with the ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and precision of installations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to job sites.
